GLi submits plans for 107,770 sq ft of Ultra Prime Warehouse Space in Croydon.

Update for CR1 & CR2: Planning applications have been submitted to speculatively build two logistics warehousing units of 52,605 sq ft and 55,165 sq ft on Queensway, Croydon. Both properties are 100% electric units with extensive car and van EV charging, and maximum PV solar panel roof coverage.

GLi CEO, David Johnson, said, "The site is perfectly located, close to South London, and will provide much needed new-built units for the Croydon area.
